Registration

We’re delighted you’ve decided to join us and look forward to seeing you soon!

Booking is a two-part process.

1- Book a session

Use the ‘BookWhen’ booking tool to secure a spot in a session and make payment.

2-Registration

Please complete the Registration Form in full.

You must complete a Registration Form for every child wishing to join us in advance of their first session. We cannot accept your child at Forest School without one as this information is critical for safeguarding and health & safety.

All data shared will be held and used in accordance with GDPR requirements. It will not be shared beyond the Forest School other than with the emergency services if necessary.

CONSENT

Are you happy for your child to appear in photos taken during their time at Forest School in order to document our activities? These photos may be used in promotional material related to the Forest School (e.g. on our website)

If we are sharing food on site, are you happy for us to offer food to your child during the day?

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please be aware that we run activities involving fire (building fires, fire lighting, cooking etc.) and tools (whittling knives, axes etc.) as well as other activities with degrees of risk. These will all take place under close instruction and supervision, and also under the framework of comprehensive risk assessments.

I confirm that I am happy for my child to engage in such activities, under such conditions.

It is inevitable in the course of Forest School pursuits that minor injuries (e.g. scratches, bruises) are sustained from time to time, and may not require treatment. However, a qualified paediatric first aid practitioner will be on site at all times and we will inform you of instances of injury significant enough to have required intervention.
